  "Cabinets to Go" has been a terrible experience. Never contract getting cabinets from them. I ordered cabinets and was required to pay for them in full. several weeks later when the delivery date arrived, three upper kitchen cabinets were missing from the order. I have now waited two months for these cabinets and they have still not even arrived at their warehouse. I have made countless telephone calls to try and get the cabinets from anyone of their stores in the US. However telephone calls go to a central message center and they seldom responded. The managers at the Rancho Cucamonga store sometimes will call back but problems are never solved. The company in general has terrible internal communications and they don't know where their own products are located nationwide. My home project has been held up, going on 2 months now and i have had to postpone real-estate showings. Time is money and this company has cost me a lot more than the cabinets are even worth.
