    I didn’t use them in a pest control context but today I was in a rough end of San Bernardino 55 miles from home and my power steering pump started being difficult. I managed to get a patchwork repair, enough to get me home, but I dropped the cap for the power steering fluid reservoir and it landed on a motor mount just out of reach under the air box. I was SO screwed but their tech Nate totally saved the day and not only did he let me borrow a few tools he actually helped pull the airbox out of the way so we could get to the cap. Great guy, tons of help totally saved the day! Thank you Nate, you’re An outstanding representative of your company.

    My experiences with this company have overwhelmingly been very poor. I am a landlord who occasionally needs pest control service, which usually requires giving proper notice to the tenants. Giving notice, getting confirmation back from the tenants is time consuming... When a technician doesn't show up as agreed, the notification starts all over again. And that is just one of the problems I had with Cliff's Pest Control. The spraying was set for a Thursday and I get a call from the technician four days later wanting to reschedule. I had thought the work had been done. There was a blatant disregard for my time and the time of my tenants. Preparing for a spraying by the tenants requires effort. Its not something you want to do often. Cliff's had done work for us in the past and every-time the technician was overly aggressive and inappropriate with his comments towards me... (Bizarre Behavior) The manager I spoke with wants to blame the technician "it all goes back to the technician" but I think it's a company wide problem, requiring better leadership. In addition my emails were only intermittently returned and my request to change techs, was unanswered until after he was a no show... Its not fun and there is no joy in posting bad reviews. I hope they get it together and this bad review is watered down by all the good reviews they have an opportunity to receive in the future...
