  I'd put 1 star but the woman that did help me had actually tried. Eric seemed cool on the phone but once I went in I was ignored for a good while! I know they heard me come in because the door slammed really hard behind me. Once a worker finally came over, she asked me when the wedding was. Eric scoffed and said something along the lines of "ha, next week!" I don't understand how thats okay to say to a customer that just walked in. Rude, I would never go back. They didn't have many options either. To the business, please keep in mind that when a person comes in your shop, you're officially part of their special day, try to make it a good experience for them. Also, I knew it was Eric because the female worker said his name when she asked him to do something; to which he replied with whining. Understand what professionalism in the workplace means when you have a customer in the shop.
