  My husband and I went to 2 other locations (San Bernardino and Rialto) before coming to this location because we wanted to trade in his Xbox one (since my husband recently got a PS4) for a Nintendo 3dsxl for our daughter as bday gift. Well at the first 2 locations for some reason couldn't connect the Xbox to there monitor. Which my husband thought was weird cause we both knew it work since it was in great condition and took great care of it. So we decided to try one last time and came to inland center where Kyle had absolutely no issue connecting to his monitor. We were happy with our trade in value,Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. He was interacting with our 5 yr old daughter and asked her questions about what she wanted and wished her a happy early birthday which I thought was sweet. Thank you Kyle for making our experience a great one, we should of just came to you first. We know who to go to from now one.
