  Great service!! Hands down the best experience I've had thus far with a florist! Linda was very communicative when I ordered long-distance. My sister needed flowers for her birthday. Yes, needed. She's a bougie! lol but Linda really took care of her side. She even, at my request , sent a picture of the arrangement before delivering even though they no longer do that in their service. Also delivery was perfectly timed, and very cordial. You see, my sister has been enduring some tough times and... and honestly I don't think I've ever heard her so pleased by a bouquet of roses and mix flowers. Truly beautiful. Breathtaking to say the least! She is talent! And truly amazing service! Thank you so much Linda! I will certainly be calling back when the timing is right.

  Very satisfied. Great customer service with a caring touch. I was even sent a photo of the floral arrangement prior to it being delivered. Will definitely use them again.

  The manager Linda had a mishap with my order on Valentine's Day. I understand the holiday can be pretty overwhelming for florists and restaurants. Rather than getting a refund Linda offered to send my fiancee an arrangement once the dust settled, on the house. To make up for what happened. The arrangement sent and the customer service was what made up. Most places would try to argue with me about what happened. But Linda accepted they had messed up without question and did their best to try to make things right. That's what businesses are to do. People mess up. That's life. But making things better, that's a choice and they did the right thing. My fiancee loved the flowers and it's like I made her happy twice. I am winning. Thank you Linda for your great service!
