  I researched YELP ratings for flooring companies in my area, and located this company in San B with no bad reviews and quoted the lowest price over the phone - by the owner (Mike). The install would be vinyl in kitchen/dining room area with new 4" baseboard plus the installers would move the appliances - perfect! Go to the store to set up the install; however, a different person, Jeff, quote's me adding a few hundred dollars! Of course, sticking to my guns, Jeff lowers it to the amount the Mike stated over the phone. I confirm same package deal and Jeff states "Yes, Yes". Deal made and date scheduled for install. Day before the install, Jeff comes to the house to obtain measurements and asses the area. This time he says we need to move all appliances out except the fridge as his guys can roll it - Fine! I mention the 4" baseboard and he states it will only be the parts UNDER the cabinets?! REALLY? Frustrated as my husband and I had been remodeling for 3 weeks and we just wanted our kitchen back - my husband stated "OK". And lastly before Jeff leaves he states to give his installers an additional $75 cash - WHAT?!!!! FINE!!! I just wanted this stupid vinyl installed. Next day - Installers show up and state, "Why is the fridge in the kitchen?", and inform me that I need to find a neighbor to move it out (husband at work). Spoke with Mike and he stated this installer does not move appliances, and if I could find someone to move the fridge. THAT IS IT! I CANCELLED JOB! Both the owner and sales person attempted to call me back to correct the problems per the vm they both left; however, enough is enough. My personal opinion: Sales person ruined the business!
